Antec Appraisal Group is a leading provider of independent, professional real estate valuation, appraisal and consulting services for Southern Ontario. We are committed to providing our clients with relevant and expert advice for investing, financing and information purposes.  Our team is currently looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant in our Waterloo office. This position will report into the Managing Partner of the office and will play an integral role in structure and organization of the company. We’re looking for someone with a passion for organization and process as well as strong attention to detail. This role will be responsible for generating and compiling reports and correspondence as assigned, providing services supporting the provision of information to senior executives and, external clients.   • General administrative tasks as assigned
  • Prepare correspondence including quotes and appraisal requisitions
  • Assist appraisers in preparing appraisal reports
  • Real estate related research and data collection
  • Research and analyze market transaction activity
  • Prepare tables and charts for appraisal reports
  • Other duties as assigned Qualifications :
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience in general office administration
  • High level of initiative and the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
  • Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong time management capabilities
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Previous experience working with Salesforce would be an asset Skills and Abilities :
  • Administrative assistant / office related experience

  • Passion for organization and process
