Job description

Tasks

  • - Identify non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented;
  • - Inspect and validate finished products according to established standards;
  • - Verify the conformity of raw materials;
  • - Maintain quality documentation up to date (procedures, forms, manuals);
  • - Monitor preventive and corrective actions to measure their effectiveness;
  • - Ensure compliance with and maintenance of certifications (AS9100, NADCAP, ISO 14001 & 9001, CWB);
  • - Prepare required quality documentation for clients (FAI, PPAP, certificates, deviations).

Job requirements

  • - DEC in Mechanical Engineering or any other relevant training and/or equivalent experience.
  • - Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • - Knowledge of welding and assembly inspection, as well as manufacturing processes.
  • - Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
  • - Strong proficiency with metrology tools and blueprint reading.
  • - Knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, NADCAP, and CWB quality management systems.
  • - Excellent command of spoken and written French, with functional English (communication with English-speaking clients and suppliers approximately 15% of the time).
