About the Opportunity

• Collecting client information

Processing payments and accurately recording them to the GL

Issue invoices and follow up emails

Gather information and prepare financial reports as required

Back-up AP team as needed

Other related duties as assigned

About You

1+ years’ experience, with non-profit experience being viewed as an asset

Strong Computer Skills with Excel, Word and Microsoft Dynamic NAV

Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail

Excellent customer service, and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate

Pay Range

23 - $28 / hour
