Reporting to the Controller, the full-time Accounts Receivable / General Accounting Clerk will provide accounting support to our retail and wholesale locations.

Job Description

  • Accounts Receivable – approximately 50% of working hours
  • Process payments
  • Collection of outstanding accounts; documenting & communicating to internal and external
  • Reconciliation of Customer accounts
  • Processing credit applications
  • Issuing Credit notes
  • Projects Based 30-40%
  • Creating & Maintaining of KPI's
  • Backup support for Inventory Administration
  • Adhoc reporting
  • Provide Accounting Support Services as required.

    • Job Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Specialized in Microsoft Excel
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and follow through.
