About the Opportunity

Venor is proud to partner with SureShot Solutions® on their search for a Senior Director, National Accounts to join their dynamic sales and marketing team.

As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for managing relationships with select multinational clients and nurturing long-lasting business partnerships with SureShot.

You will anticipate challenges and opportunities to achieve annual sales targets, driving continued company growth. Your insightful forecasting will enable effective operational planning and resource management.

Continuously enhancing proficiency in SureShot Solutions® products and recommending top-notch equipment practices to elevate our industry presence will be an ongoing focus in this role.

Identify and qualify new customers to expand the account base, while contributing to team success through sales and marketing initiatives.

Your keen eye for identifying and qualifying new customers will be the driving force behind expanding their account base while actively engaging in impactful sales and marketing initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in meeting customer needs while maintaining solid partnerships across borders with predominantly domestic and US travel (up to 50%) and some potential for other international travel.

You will collaborate with every department to actively foster the exchange of valuable customer and product feedback. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and timely collection of accounts receivable by skillfully managing customer relationships.

About You

As the ideal candidate, you have 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing with a strong focus on leadership and management roles.

You have substantial experience dealing with large and sophisticated clients and a successful record of effective relationship management.

Experience in the food industry or related sectors, and dealing with large clients would be highly advantageous.

Your exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven track record in effective relationship management will make you an invaluable asset to the team.

Your experience in dealing with large and sophisticated clients showcases your ability to navigate complex business landscapes with finesse.

Your strong written and verbal communication skills will be instrumental in conveying ideas with clarity and impact.

Furthermore, your active listening skills empower you to better understand clients’ needs and expectations, fostering stronger and more meaningful relationships.

Your commitment to continuous learning ensures that you stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices, allowing you to bring fresh perspectives and innovative approaches to our sales and marketing strategies.
