Reporting to the Controller, the full-time Accounts Receivable / General Accounting Clerk will provide accounting support to our retail and wholesale locations.

Job Description

Accounts Receivable – approximately 50% of working hours

Process payments

Collection of outstanding accounts; documenting & communicating to internal and external

Reconciliation of Customer accounts

Processing credit applications

Issuing Credit notes

Projects Based 30-40%

Creating & Maintaining of KPI's

Backup support for Inventory Administration

Adhoc reporting

Provide Accounting Support Services as required.

Job Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office; Specialized in Microsoft Excel

Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and follow through.
