Location : Various locations across Nova Scotia

As a Billing Specialist you will be responsible for managing client billing processes ensuring accurate invoicing and maintaining financial records. You will work closely with the finance and legal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payment.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and issue invoices to clients based on legal services rendered.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments and accounts receivable.
Maintain accurate billing records and financial documentation.
Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes with clients.
Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure compliance with billing procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in accounting finance or a related field.

2 years of experience in billing or accounts receivable.

Strong understanding of billing procedures and financial recordkeeping.

Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving skills.

Proficiency in billing software and accounting systems
