Altis Recruitment is grateful to partner with an organization within the Broader Public Sector to support the recruitment of an Accounting Clerk. This position will support our client's finance team on a part-time, fully remote basis, working 1 day a week for a 6-month contract with potential to expand hours and contract length based on business needs and performance within the role. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong hands-on experience in accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and account reconciliations, who is comfortable using NetSuite and cloud-based financial tools such as Lightyear and Tallie. You’ll play a key role in ensuring timely, accurate financial data entry and supporting regular finance operations under the guidance of the Senior Manager, Finance. This opportunity is open to folks across Canada and is ideal for professionals with experience in research or a strong interest in entering the field Key Responsibilities:
