Job Title : Accounting Clerk

Job Description :
- Manage daily transactions and deliver timely monthly quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Oversee accounting processes including Billing A / R A / P General Ledger Payroll Inventory and Revenue Recognition.
- Prepare budgets forecasts cash flow analysis and conduct variance analysis.
- Handle monthend / yearend closings bank reconciliations and financial audits.
- Ensure regulatory compliance (GAAP nonprofit accounting) and recommend process improvements.
- Serve as the main contact for supplier certification via live chat email and phone.
- Coordinate supplier approval processes maintain documentation and update Salesforce CRM.

Diploma in Accounting Business Administration or a related fieldMust have endtoend experienceExperience using ADP and QuickbooksExperience pulling reports from finance softwareExperience working with auditors is an assetCPA is an assetKey Skills
