Duties and Responsibilities : Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Purchase Orders, and administrative duties.

Issuing invoices to customers on a weekly basis and following up with collections and all overdue accounts.

Preparing outstanding reports to the financial department if customer fails to respond.

Assist with Purchase Orders, Vendor Bills and Payments.  Expected to follow and maintain procedures for processing receipts / cash and sorting and filing documents after posting.

Assisting with Estimates, Budgets and Forecasts.

Assisting with the preparation of financial reports on a weekly basis, monthly basis, and / or as needed.

Assist with preparation of fee proposals.

Assist with any other administrative tasks as required.

Ensure the strict confidentiality and privacy of financial records as they relate to the organization and its business partners.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements : 2+ years’ experience in Accounting / Collections.

College or University degree / diploma in Accounting or a related field.

Advanced knowledge QuickBooks is required.

High-level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required.

Strong communication skills are required.

Strong relationship management skills are required.

CPA designation is an asset.
