Job descriptionProficiency with Epic or a similar CRM system for managing client data and communications. Level 2 license is an asset, with willingness to pursue additional certifications if needed. Experience with ICBC transactions, batching and inventory required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Proficiency in account management, sales, and business development to drive new and recurring opportunities. Ability to analyze client insurance needs and deliver tailored solutions. Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple accounts with attention to detail. Familiarity with the insurance industry, products, and regulatory requirements is preferred. Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem‑solving in a fast‑paced work environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site position for an Account Executive located in Surrey, BC. The role includes building and maintaining client relationships, identifying clients’ insurance needs, and offering tailored insurance solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing client accounts, generating leads, preparing proposals, and conducting policy reviews. The Account Executive will also work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure high‑quality customer service and address client concerns efficiently.
