Bilingual Case Coordinator

As a Bilingual (English / French) Case Coordinator, you will be responsible for outbound calls regarding various international insurance products and services.

6-month contract, with a high possibility of extension or permanent hire

Work availability : Monday - Sunday (24 / 7)

Schedules given in advance, full-time employment

Location : work from home - remote

Responsibilities

As a Bilingual (English / French) case coordinator, you will be responsible for :

• Bilingual (English / French)
• Taking outbound customer service inquiries regarding medical insurance policies
• Provide knowledgeable assistance to clients over the phone and some email
• Create a warm and pleasant experience for clients
• Achieve quality service by assessing & responding to client needs
• Capturing call / email details into a case-tracking system
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English and French (verbal and written)
• Minimum 2 years previous experience in Customer service or call centre is required
• At least 1 year of case management experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Tech savvy and working knowledge of computers
• Full-time and flexible availability
• Wired internet connection (Ethernet cable)
