Position : Executive Assistant (Part-time)
Location : Downtown Toronto
Job Type : 6-month contract
Schedule : 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) on site
Our client located in downtown Toronto with incredible views of Lake Ontario is offering an excellent opportunity for a skilled Executive Assistant to support their CEO.

Responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO
- Manage CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Act as the first point of contact for inquiries directed to the CEO
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
- Handle expense reports and other financial tasks as required
- Coordinate office services which could include maintaining kitchen tidiness, running office errands, ordering supplies, coordinating catering, managing mail distribution, coordinating with external vendors and handling couriers and other related office services tasks
- Execute o ther duties as required
Requirements :
- Proven experience supporting C-level executives
- Ability to maintain utmost confidentiality and discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Flexible, willing, and can-do attitude
- Strong organizational, follow up and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Note : This position is part-time, working 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) on site in downtown Toronto for a six month contract.
