As an HR of the Future Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Work with other talented PwC professionals on high-profile engagements, you will have diverse and challenging opportunities to bring your expertise to and to lead in the different areas of HR such as HR Strategy, HR Organization Design, HR Function Effectiveness and Design, HR Technology Roadmap and Mobilization (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Payroll, etc.
Workforce Planning, People Analytics & Insights, and Integrated Talent Management.
Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
- Considerable years of relevant professional consulting experience, delivering service in a variety of industries
- Demonstrated experience of HR function transformation in either a consulting or in-house capacity in a leadership role
- Experience leading client workshops
- Ambitious in building your technical depth and breadth in HR
- Exposure to cloud-based technology implementations or optimization
- Impactful written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical thinking and ability to produce high-quality deliverables that create sustainable value, offering support business development activities including the production of proposals
- Strong relation-building skills that illustrate your open-mindedness and passion for client service excellence
- Engaging productively in complex, changing environments
- C ontribution to the development of thought leadership or innovative solutions
- A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside and / or coaching diverse people and perspectives
