John Laurenssen Farms is looking for a capable individual that can grow with us. You must be a highly motivated, honest, and dependable individual who is mechanically inclined and capable of leading a crew.

Skills :
- Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills.
- Capable of operating equipment / machinery.
- Able to manage a crew while working alongside them.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good judgment and attention to detail.
- Physical wellness to perform physically demanding jobs.
Responsibilities :
- Setting up, operating and cleaning up irrigation
- Experience with tools and farm equipment preferred but not essential for the right candidate
- Overseeing packing of product
- Equipment repair & maintenance
