Linux Systems Consultant
Responsibilities :
- Offer in-depth consulting and problem-solving for Linux system operations.
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of Linux systems, ensuring they meet user needs.
- Support Linux applications with a focus on software distribution, licensing, and system backups.
- Modify system software to enhance performance or address errors.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues on Linux servers running various distributions like Ubuntu and Red Hat.
- Must have experience with MS Hyper-V and VMware.
Core Competencies :
- Expertise in Dell and VMware platforms.
- Experience with incident management.
- Solid understanding of security frameworks.
- Flexibility to travel for client support as required.
