Randstad Victoria is now looking for an solid administrator to help our client in the food sitibution sector, located in Sidney.
This is a contract position starting on September 3rd, for 2-4 weeks but could be extended and potentially go permanent for the right individual.
You contribute to the efficient day-to-day operation of the Retail Support Centre (RSC) by supporting the work of the Director and operational team.
You would actively contribute to a positive and productive working environment

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support
- Review of spreadsheets and other documents to confirm standard operating procedure is followed
- Manage department filing system
- Receive and respond to incoming calls in a friendly, courteous and timely manner and relay voice mail from the general mailbox to the appropriate team member and department
- Track and monitor budgeted office expenses pertaining to telephone, equipment, supplies, donations, uniforms and courier services
- Manage and process purchase orders weekly
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment as per company requirements
- Perform other administrative duties as required
Qualifications
- Proficient use of the Microsoft Office Suite especially excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in the use of office equipment (computer, voice message systems, fax, photo copier)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Solid oral and written communication skills
- Proven time management, organization, and multi tasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
