We are currently seeking a highly motivated Bookkeeper, Property Accountant with a "Can do" attitude to join our us in our Montreal office.
Qualifications :
- The ideal candidate SHOULD be bilingual (French & English), exceptionally organized, and have proven capabilities in multi-tasking and prioritizing workloads.
- The ideal candidate must be well-versed in technology.
- Training is offered, however, the candidate must be willing and able to learn easily.
- Knowledge of specific residential property management software like : Proprio Expert, Hopem, Primo Residential or Yardi (Breeze or Voyager) an asset.
- Knowledge of other software like : Sage or Quickbooks an asset.

Main Responsibilities :
- Work with all sets of books :
- Revenue, payables, customers, suppliers etc.
- Ensure rent roll is accurate and that billings are being made promptly.
- Data Entry
- Ensure notices are being sent and followed up with tenants.
- Be adept with new IT introduction
- Provide accurate and timely information
- Responsible for books
- Work with controller, CPA, tax, property manager(s), fellow staff and of course be easy to work with.
