Responsibilities
- Helprun the day to day in office operations of a marble &granite design and installation company which has a showroomworkshop and office area
- Carry out generaladministrative activities of establishment including answeringphone inquiries from customers installers andsuppliers
- Process pay and track invoices forvendors and staff
- Manage the inventory ofoffice supplies and other assets
- Reviewevaluate and implement new administrativeprocedures
- Establish work priorities and ensureprocedures are followed and deadlines aremet
- Assemble data and prepare periodic andspecial reports manuals and correspondence formanagement
RequiredExperience
- 5 years ofoffice coordination / administrationexperience
- Must have prior experience withAP / AR functions
- 1 year of expeirence using Sageor QuickBooks software
- Prior experience workingin the construction / trades / construction consulting industry isideal
- High level attention todetail
- Excellent English oral and writtencommunicationskills
