Responsibilities
- Perform TIG welding on various materials, with a focus on thinner metals like Aluminum.
- Ensure all welding projects meet safety standards and quality specifications.
- Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist with training and mentoring junior welders as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in TIG welding, primarily on thinner metals such as Aluminum.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality work.
- Red Seal or Welder Level B certificate is ideal
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to assist in training and mentoring junior team members.
