Randstad is currently seeking skilled and experienced Welders for an exciting permanent opportunity with our client in Greater Victoria, British Columbia.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on various materials, with a focus on thinner metals like Aluminum.
• Ensure all welding projects meet safety standards and quality specifications.
• Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist with training and mentoring junior welders as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in TIG welding, primarily on thinner metals such as Aluminum.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality work.
• Red Seal or Welder Level B certificate is ideal
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to assist in training and mentoring junior team members.
