The Sales Assistant will support our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will assist with various administrative tasks, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth sales operations.

linkedin.com / company / levitated-marketingsolutions The responsibilities include : Support various stages of the sales cycle, including market research, lead assignment, in-field and in-office lead follow-up, order processing, and post-sale follow-up.
Coordinate daily team meetings, social events, and travel arrangements for the field sales team. Provide outstanding customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond to both new and existing customers.
Assist Sales Managers in organizing and executing sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities. Perform duties similar to the sales staff and take on any additional responsibilities assigned by the Sales Manager.

Availability for full-time work on weekdays, with optional Saturdays. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle is a plus.
