Sobeys is full of exciting opportunities, and we are always looking for bright new talent to join our team! We are currently looking for the Clerk Merchandising Support Services on a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and maintain all aspects of promotions and allocation tables for the appropriate banner / department to allow for maximum profitability and customer satisfaction with in-stock position.
- Create and execute weekly and or monthly promotions and all subsequent processing steps related to the promotion.
- Create and execute weekly allocation tables related to weekly promotions and / or other table types.
- Maintain, review, and update allocation tables.
- Maintain / create all E-coupons related to promotions as required.
- Maintain data base for validation report.
- Create cma promotion upon request.
- Create CSV for shelf tag creation.
- Create promo announcement for each banner and department every week.
- Flyer validation / all banner (pictures, prices, text)
- Shelf card validation
- Do the necessary follow up with the marketing team or merch cat upon request (last minute correction, as example)
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
- Provide customer service to meet customer needs.
Skills and Experience Requirements
- Post-secondary Diploma, a two-year program, or the equivalent
- One to two years retail, merchandising, or administrative experience
- University Degree preferred.
- Experience in a retail store environment preferred
- Intermediate level in French understanding and written is requisited to work / communicate with the Qc region.
