You'll collaborate with operations teams to analyze trends and identify opportunities for improvement. Throughout the day, you'll toggle between tactical execution—such as working on month-end close tasks—and strategic planning activities. You'll participate in meetings with cross-functional teams where you'll present financial insights and influence decisions that impact the business over the next 1-3 years.

Our team is small but mighty, responsible for managing all AMZL Canada costs including under-the-roof, on-road, and fixed expenses. We work as strategic partners to operations, providing financial guidance that drives business performance. Each team member plays a crucial role in supporting Amazon's last mile delivery network in Canada, helping to scale operations efficiently while maintaining financial discipline. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 4+ years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience
- 4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- 4+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
- 4+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance) experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- MBA, or CPA
- Knowledge of Tableau
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
