If the answer is yes, then you could be doing the following :

  • Work closely with clients and senior agency leaders to identify the business problems that powerful creative ideas can help solve.
  • Have a deep understanding of our clients’ audiences and unlock the insights that will help us connect with them.
  • Have a clear, considered and well researched understanding of culture, category and customer trends and shared with colleagues, clients and partners.
  • Lead the strategic thinking on integrated campaigns.
  • Craft the brilliant briefs that drive great work.
  • Inspire creatives and excite clients with thinking that solves real problems.
  • Be a trusted partner to creatives teams and help elevate our creative work.
  • Ensure that our creative work ladders back to strategy and works across large complex digital ecosystems.
  • Be able to command attention and hold a room with brilliant presentation skills.
  • Plan and facilitate ideation sessions with clients and internal teams.
  • Play a key role in annual planning and development of client marketing programs.
  • Help clients, creatives, teams and partners to stay on top of cultural, competitive and consumer trends.
  • Continuously help evolve the strategic product and skillsets at Publicis.

Qualifications

The Director role is an inspirational leader, connecting the team to Publicis’ overall strategic processes to drive powerful brand building and best-in-class creative.

This is a high visibility role, which requires outstanding collaboration, communication and influencing skills :

  • 6 - 8 years of strategic planning experience with a proven track record of transformational, modern marketing work that has grown clients’ business.
  • Strong reputation for relationships with creative and account leaders and / or teams; is a creative thinker, passionate about ideas.
  • Able to excite and inspire creatives and clients alike.
  • Demonstrable ability to work at pace on large and complex assignments.
  • A mix of brand and performance marketing experience
  • Strong knowledge of social platforms and how best to use them to engage audiences.
  • Can design and help facilitate large workshop activities to engage the client team in a creative problem-solving process.
