As a Barista Market Developer (BMD)you will be instrumental in establishing Oatly Barista Edition asthe leading dairyfree alternative in Vancouver coffee channel.

Yourprimary responsibilities include leveraging your indepth knowledgeof coffee shops in the area to cultivate strong relationships drivebrand awareness and promote trial experiences for Oatly.

Utilizingyour network of influential individuals youll advocate for Oatlyembodying our brand values with enthusiasm and comprehensiveproduct knowledge.

The role reports to theBarista Team Lead for North America is based in Vancouver andrequires fluent English communicationskills.

The salary for this role will be based ona variety of factors including but not limited to geographiclocation internal equity experience education specialty andtraining.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array offactors including but not limited to skill set level of experienceand specific location.

Compensation may also include bonuscommission or equity as applicable. Our good faith estimate forbase salary is $80000 CAD.
