You will assess their needs, recommend suitable products, and ensure they receive exceptional service throughout their journey with us.

Your primary goal will be to help clients achieve their financial goals while enhancing their overall experience with AO Globe Life.

Key Responsibilities : Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' financial goals, needs, and preferences.

Provide expert advice on a range of financial products and insurance solutions, including life insurance, health insurance, and investment options.

Develop customized financial plans and recommendations tailored to each client's unique needs. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and personalized service.

Educate clients on product features, benefits, and risk factors to ensure informed decision-making. Manage client accounts, addressing inquiries, processing transactions, and resolving issues as they arise.

Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to provide up-to-date advice. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience and achieve individual and team sales targets.

Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance product knowledge and client service skills. Qualifications : Strong knowledge of financial products, insurance policies, and market trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a client-focused approach.

Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., insurance licenses) are advantageous. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
