Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing change requests for the successful implementation of organizational changes, initiatives, and projects.

The Change Management Specialist will be responsible for assessing and prioritizing the impact of change. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and diverse teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Assess the impact of proposed change requests potential impacts to business, stakeholders, processes, systems and evaluate any risks associated with the changes.
  • Prioritize the change requests and accept or reject changes based on the criticality.
  • Work closely with the customers and ensure that the changes are planned appropriately without impact to front line systems in business.
  • Work closely with the change authority and business stakeholders to authorize the changes and act as gatekeepers controlling the release of proposed changes.
  • Efficiently track and manage change requests, ensuring a smooth integration of changes while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Co-ordinate CAB (Change Advisory Board) Meetings
  • Ability to supply with necessary reports and documentation when needed.
  • Maintain appropriate Change Management process documentation , training material.
  • Training the team members and if needed customers on the Process and making sure that process is followed.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of change management efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and trends in change management and incorporate them into organizational practices

Requirements :

  • Technical / infra experience (3-5 years)
  • Change management or Release management experience (3-5 years)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Multitasking abilities
  • Ability to Work under pressure - Very intensive!!
  • Ability to handle 50-60 RFC tickets per day
  • Problem resolution
  • Weekend support / on call shift (1 day every 3-4 weeks)
  • Intensive shift of 9 hours per day
