We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Analyst to support our business operations and help us achieve our strategic goals.

In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights.

You'll play a key part in improving processes, optimizing workflows, and ensuring that our technology solutions align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Requirements Gathering : Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for new projects, processes, and system changes.

Data Analysis & Reporting : Analyze business data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports and presentations to share insights with leadership.

Process Improvement : Map current business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Stakeholder Communication : Serve as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and expectations.

Solution Design & Testing : Collaborate with IT and development teams to design and test solutions that meet business needs.

Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the final product aligns with business goals.

Project Management Support : Assist with the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Documentation & Training : Prepare comprehensive documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user manuals.

Provide training to end-users as needed.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role (typically 2+ years).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI) and business process modeling.

Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with business process mapping, system integrations, or enterprise software is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
