Windows End-Point Deployment Analyst

Join our Saskatchewan government client as they seek a seasoned Windows End-Point Deployment Analyst to fortify their desktop environment serving over 1500 endpoints.

With a focus on innovation and efficiency, the ideal candidate will bring a minimum of eight years' experience in desktop engineering or a related field, adeptly supporting large-scale enterprises in 24x7 operating environments.

Responsibilities

• Management and Administration of SCCM / MECM Environment.
• Advanced experience in creating and maintaining standardized Windows images (Desired Configuration Management).
• Windows Application Packaging & Task Sequences, Windows Installer, MSI, and MSIX.
• Expertise in Microsoft SQL scripting, queries, and reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and PowerShell scripting.
• Managing Microsoft Updates with SCCM (Patch Tuesday).
• Advanced experience in Active Directory Group Policy design, configuration, and management.
• Desktop and Laptop Computer Hardware Configuration, Troubleshooting, and Repair.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Qualifications

• Proven competency in Computer Support (Tier 2)
• Proven competency in CompTIA A+
• Strong knowledge of network troubleshooting Ethernet and IP configuration
• Experience with Lenovo Desktops & Notebooks
• Experience with Panasonic Ruggedized Toughbook’s for field workers.
