The Project Scheduler will support a client in the Saskatoon, SK or Regina, SK area (located within Territories included in Treaties 6 and 4 as well as the Homeland of the Metis). Preference will be given to candidates living locally.

Job Description :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Scheduler to develop and maintain project schedules for various construction or engineering projects. The Scheduler will be responsible for creating, updating, and tracking timelines, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently, and identifying potential delays or issues. The role requires close collaboration with project managers and teams to ensure deadlines are met and projects stay on track.

Responsibilities :

• Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar software.
• Coordinate with project teams to gather necessary information for schedule development.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify potential scheduling conflicts or delays and propose solutions.
• Ensure schedules reflect accurate resource allocation and project timelines.
• Produce status reports and adjust schedules as necessary based on project changes.
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure on-time project delivery.
