Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mississauga. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and French, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
The primary responsibility of this role is to support our customers by managing orders and resolving inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities :
- Provide outstanding customer service to both English and French-speaking clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, shipping, and order status.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless order management and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications :
- Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written) is essential.
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the medical devices or healthcare industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with order management systems is highly desirable.
