N-able is looking to hire a Senior Product Manager who can help define a successful product strategy and roadmap working closely with UX, engineering and other teams to execute on the strategy.

You are responsible for evangelizing your products, defining roadmaps, creating epics, and user stories, and ensuring those stories are successfully delivered.

With this role you will be engaged in the full product lifecycle including supporting go to market activities, monitoring and gathering feedback during its lifespan and retiring services and components.

What You'll Do

  • Own the strategy, growth, and success of N-able products (N-Central, Take Control etc).
  • Responsible for managing all aspects of the product management lifecycle, from ideation through release and end of life.
  • Understand customer and market needs to build product vision and roadmap
  • Develop customer relationships to obtain feedback on existing products, new market problems, and establish requirements for emerging products.
  • Work with architecture, development teams to accelerate integration of partner products into the portfolio.
  • Monitor and influence product revenue, retention, and support goals.
  • Analyze competitor, market and technology trends to create new offerings with strong value propositions for our customers.

What You'll Bring

  • Ideally 4+ years’ experience in product management of SaaS products coupled with strong business acumen
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment
  • Strong technical background with demonstrated skills and experience with technical functions in the Application Management industry.
  • Demonstrated self-motivation and self-discipline to work effectively in a high-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to think and execute at both strategic and operational levels
  • Strong presentation, communication, coordination, analytical, and creative problem-solving expertise.
  • Ability to interact with customers and partners with accuracy and professionalism and a strong understanding of MSP IT management
