COMPANY LOCATION

We are fully remote workforce - but are based out of Toronto, Canada. Please note, due to the high volume of applicants only individuals that reside and are legally authorized to work in Canada will be considered, all other applicants will be automatically disqualified.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and support 8-10 client accounts
  • Accountable for performance of client’s paid media campaigns.
  • Have a clear understanding of client targets and KPIs.
  • Create and update internal KPI dashboards for easy reference of targets and goal attainment.
  • Ensure effective campaign setup and optimizations to meet client goals.
  • Conduct rapid tests and optimizations with the goal of improving ROAS metrics.
  • Lead weekly meeting with the account strategy team providing updates on campaign performance and target attainment.
  • Support advertising revenue growth for companies with budgets ranging from $10k to $150k monthly.
  • Develop internal processes, checklists, and SOPs to systematize ad-buying methodologies, improving client performance.
  • Work closely with the creative team by supplying ad briefs and insights on high performing ads.
  • Setup, troubleshoot, and test tracking to ensure proper attribution and reporting.
  • Identify and communicate account growth opportunities to the strategy team.
  • Support strategic business direction for the digital marketing department including hiring and training.
  • Work closely with contractors as needed.

APPLICANT QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Fluent in English, organized and able to meet deadlines consistently
  • An original thinker, focused on first principles thinking
  • The ability to articulate complex ideas, speak their mind and actively contribute to team and company growth
  • Have a track record of being an A Player in previous roles, hobbies / interests, or sports
  • Driven by the opportunity to have an impact on company processes, culture, and growth
  • Self-learner, resourceful attitude, and a willingness to solve problems independently
  • A data-driven mindset with an aptitude for sales and growing revenue
  • 2-3 years experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, Active Campaign, HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics managing $100k monthly budgets per project
  • Capable of setting up tracking pixels, custom events, and complex tags for tracking purposes
  • A team player who’s highly motivated, ambitious and solutions-oriented
  • Experience with web builders including Wordpress and Shopify
  • The ability to manage digital campaigns and optimize towards ROAS metrics
  • Willingness to constantly A / B test, iterate, and optimize campaigns and funnels
  • Previous agency experience is a bonus, but not required
