Why you’re here :
Provide assistance to consultants and preferred clients by email and by phone. Respond to questions, process orders and assist consultants with building their businesses.
This includes responding to inquiries from multiple contact channels (phone and email) and resolving issues; and effectively relaying the details of products, complex commission structures, promotions, and incentives.
What you’ll be doing :
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Assist with answering field support calls and email as needed to maintain service levels.
- Attend and respond to customer queries on products to enhance sales.
- Meet and maximize sales targets and established goals.
- Offer skincare, nutrition and cosmetic information from our product sheets to customers and assist them in choosing right products.
- Implement any programs as directed.
- Assist and participate in company events such as but not limited to, training initiatives, or corporate social responsibilities.
- Answer inquiries and resolve complex issues using available resources.
- Act with empowerment and ownership ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Must have a clear understanding of business rules, terms and conditions, and policies / procedures regarding the success plan.
- Remain current on internal work processes, programs, procedures and product knowledge.
- Assist with month end processes as needed.
What you need :
- Possess 1-3 years previous high-level customer service / call center experience.
- 1 year of retail sales experience preferably in Skin Care, Cosmetic, and nutrition products is an asset.
- Multi-level marketing compensation plan experience a plus.
- Friendly, courteous and solutions oriented.
- Ability to multi-task and work successfully as a member of a team.
- Must have computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook programs.
- Ability to learn and utilize a variety of computer software programs.
- Must be committed to always provide excellent customer service.
- Goal oriented, organized and have excellent time management skills.
- Understand, speak, read and write fluent French.
- Bi-lingual (French Canadian) is preferred.
- Must be committed to supporting our clients / consultants in their businesses.
- Requires the ability to work a flexible schedule - month end and overtime hours when needed.
- Basic math skills required.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal / external individuals at all levels.
- Must be self-motivated and take initiative.
- Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision.
- Must be able to work collaboratively.
- Must be able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
