Our client Renovation company islooking for an experienced OfficeAdministrator.

Responsibilities :

Manage and maintain our accounting system usingQuickBooks

Provide excellentcustomer service via phone email andinperson

Demonstrate generalknowledge of the renovation industry and our companysservices

Organize and maintainoffice files both physical anddigital

Coordinate emailcommunications ensuring timely responses andfollowups

Collaborate with ourteam to ensure seamless officeoperations

Requirements :

Proficiency in QuickBooks

Excellent customer service skills

General knowledge of the renovationindustry

Organizational and timemanagement skills

Strong emailcommunication skills

Proficientin English (written and spoken)

Fluent in either Ukrainian or Russian (written andspoken)

PreferredQualifications :

2 years ofexperience in an administrativerole

Familiarity withconstruction industry software andsystems

Strong problemsolving andanalytical skills
