- The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following;
- Manage the day to day site operations for a healthcare construction project
- Ensure the project is delivered on budget and schedule
- Coordinate, schedule and manage all trades on site
- Report project progress to the PM and all key stakeholders
- Maintain a high level of health and safety on site at all times

The ideal candidate will possess the following :
- Strong background working with ICI general contractors with a track record of overseeing institutional, health care and hospital interior renovation projects
- Excellent trade and consultant relationships in the local market
- Strong technical, computer and management skills
- Educational background in engineering or construction related field
