Responsibilities
1. Communicate designs through low and highfidelityUI mockups written and diagrammatic documentationand prototypes for testing validation and production.
2.Present design work in UX review sessions and broader stakeholderpresentations taking constructive feedback and applying that tofurther design iterations.
3. Address backlogs of designdebt by identifying and prioritizing areas for improvement ensuringthat design standards are maintained.
4. Ensureapplication space parity by assessing and aligning functionalitiesacross the product providing a consistent and seamless userexperience.
5. Elevate the products professional feel byrefining visual and interaction design elements ensuring a polishedand cohesive aesthetic across theproduct.
MinimumQualifications
1. At least 5years of related professional user experience design experiencewith work samples that clearly demonstrate skills craft andexperience in true customerfacing product delivery.
2.Bachelors degree in HCI Interaction design or equivalent workexperience.
3. Experience in building a design system orcontributing to a design system. 4. Experience with CAD / CAM software.
5.Experience designing for applications spanning desktop web & mobileexperiences for SaaS and cloudbased software.
6. Experience working in largeand / or distributed organizations.
7. Experience inIndustrial Design Mechanical Engineering and / or ElectronicsEngineering fields.
8. Solid understanding of designsystems design patterns and reusable components.
9.Demonstrated ability to visualize and prototype intended solutionsat various levels of fidelity from highlevelwireframes or mockups to conceptual presentations to technical documents anddiagrams.
10. Good communicator and storyteller able toexplain technical topics to a nontechnicalaudience.
