Role Description :

We're seeking a talented Content and SEO Specialist to join our team in a full-time hybrid remote capacity. As a pivotal member of our team, you'll be tasked with elevating our clients' online presence through strategic content creation and expert SEO implementation.

This role is based in our Vancouver office, requiring in-person collaboration.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with SEO goals to enhance organic visibility and drive traffic.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization.
• Create compelling, high-quality written and visual content for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, and social media channels.
• Optimize website content and structure for improved search engine rankings and user experience.
• Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Manage and grow our internal social media presence, including creating engaging content, managing posting schedules, and fostering community engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SEO best practices into digital marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SEO and content marketing roles.
• Proven track record of optimizing content for search engines and driving organic traffic growth.
• Proficiency in keyword research tools, Google Analytics, and SEO auditing tools.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Google Analytics and AdWords certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
