Installing and commissioning audiovisual equipment including videopanels speakers keypads shades racking cameras access points A / Vcabling andwiring.
Knowledge of loading and troubleshooting Crestron and Lutroncontrol systems required (notprogramming).
Provide necessary training and support for nextlevel servicetechnicians.
Provide enduser client training asneeded.
Experience with networking including routers switches andconfiguring wireless networksideal.
Canread CADgenerated prints building blueprints and riserdiagrams.
Must have excellent communication skills and possess excellentproblemsolving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to doadvanced troubleshooting on anydevice
Mustbe able to read and write at basic Englishproficiency.
The ability to perform basic mathfunctions.
The ability to lift 5060 lbs. climb crawl and raise itemsoverhead.
Installation experience of 1 year in AV or relatedindustry
Requirements : University graduate or equivalent experience withfurther studies in AV installation, data or voice communications,or drafting.
Minimum of 4 years' experience in an electrical and / orcommunications environment. Understanding of project managementpractices and customer service obligations.
Knowledge ofelectrical, electronic, communications, and computer products andequipment. Proficiency in oral and written English grammar,punctuation, and spelling.
Familiarity with building constructionand blueprint reading. Experience with the AV Commercial IntegratorNavigate system, specifically for change orders and delay noticesfeedback to the Project Manager. CTS-I CertificationPreferred
