• We are a global organization focused on working together with a team spirit.What are your contributions to the team?Manage and deliver on time, engineering projects and activities related to major milestones for one of many existing and / or new platforms;
• Manage cross-functional teams in the establishment of scope, schedule and budget of engineering projects;Lead and coordinate technical Engineering Change planning, ensuring completeness and harmonization with stakeholders;
• Enforce adherence to Bombardier practices and Knowledge Standards to promote integrity and consistency in technical engineering activities;
• Work closely with technical experts, business leaders, suppliers, and customer representatives to ensure adherence and compliance of projects scope, schedule, and budget;
• Manage and establish engineering related priorities between projects and activities, complete strategic schedule analysis, and communicate and harmonize these priorities;
• Identify and report on risks and lead risk mitigation planning and execution;Participate and / or coordinate within the internal safety and security processes to assess, contain, and correct potential product deficiencies with cross-functional stakeholders;
• Prepare and provide visibility of budget requirements / resource allocation;Prepare and present visibility reports for the various levels of the organization;
• Coordinate Integrated Product Development Team (IPDT) cross-functional reviews;Coordinate and manage multi-site activities and remote participation as necessary;

Coordinate formal engineering document release (Drawings, ModSums, Compliance Documents, Service Bulletins, etc.).How to thrive in this role?

• Skills, knowledge & experience : You have an Engineering degree, or relevant diploma with equivalent working experience, with 5-8 years in project management or aerospace;
• You are familiar with Program / Project Management processes and principles;You have sound aircraft technical and / or manufacturing experience;
• You have previous experience in structural and / or systems development would be an asset;You demonstrate a professional attitude and superior communication skills;
• You have excellent organizational, time management skills, foresight, accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to objectives and responsibilities;
• You have a natural leadership and pro-active attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities;You are self-motivated, autonomous, enthusiastic and results oriented;
• You are technically curious;You demonstrate the ability to work willingly and independently in a fast-paced, challenging environment;
• You have effective problem-solving skills with the ability to make good decisions to move projects along to meet or exceed the targets;

You have good computing skills; proficient in MS Office and experience with MS Excel and MS Project is an asset.Your ideas move people.
