WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an Associate Manager, Social Media & Content Creator - TikTok with a fantastic creative instinct and passion for content creation.

This is a 6 month contract position.

This is a hybrid position, based out of our head office in Toronto.

WHAT YOU'D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

• Support the Social Media Manager in content creation and development alongside the Creative team.
• Support the Social Media Manager in the implementation and execution of social media strategies.
• Support the Social Media Manager with onboarding and day-to-day management of the Social Media TikTok Associates.
• Responsible for task management across the TikTok Team in relation to planning and scheduling posts.
• Own the execution of daily posts, maintain and develop the content calendar, monitor analytics, and maintain accounts on key social media channels.
• Assist in managing community management accounts across all TikTok accounts (including TikTok Shop).
• Stay up to date with DECIEM’s product knowledge, company information, launches, and campaigns.
• Assist the Social Media Managers with creating and implementing strategy for brand activity on TikTok for all brands.
• Support with the production of successful live streaming events, including hosting livestreams.
• Monitor and report on trending videos and audios on TikTok to assist in content creation and development.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE

• Experience making TikToks / Reels (including editing and knowledge of the TikTok platform) is required.
• Knowledge in current events and pop culture.
• Knowledge and proficiency in all current social platforms, especially TikTok.
• Demonstrate social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
• Knowledge of SEO / Marketing tools is an asset.
