About Us :
Join our dynamic team of Face to Face fundraising consultants and make a meaningful impact on the world. Our professional sales and consulting firm is urgently seeking energetic, self-starting individuals to take on the role of sales representative.
Impactful Work : Partner with some of Canada's most notable charities and hospitals like Sick Kids, UNICEF, Canadian Red Cross, CAMH, Sunnybrook Hospital, Trillium Health Partners, and Plan Canada.
Who We're Looking For :
Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities :
- Acquires new donors by reaching out to potential supporters.
- Serves existing donors by optimizing their current donation plan.
- Adjusts outreach tactics based on tests and new insights in the field of philanthropy.
- Resolves donor inquiries and concerns.
- Facilitates donation transactions and ensures the donation process is smooth.
- Informs management of outreach actions.
- Maintains monthly or bi-monthly minimum donation goals.
- Completes market research and monitors competitor activity in the charity sector.
- Maintains documentation of donor contact and updates on accounts.
Sales Representative Requirements and Qualifications :
- High school diploma.
- Bachelor's degree (ideal but not required).
- 1+ year of sales or fundraising experience.
- Customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Phone, email, and chat communication skills.
- Prospecting skills.
- Territory management aptitude.
- Persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and donation minimums.
- Patience to deal with donor inquiries and calls that do not result in a donation.
- Motivational skills and a positive attitude.
Training & Compensation :

Income : We offer a base pay during your learning phase, followed by a lucrative high-commission structure with bonuses.
On average, our consultants earn $800-$1500 weekly in commissions.
Earnings During Training : Over the two-week training period, you'll develop vital skills and have the chance to earn. If you bring in donors during training, you'll earn the greater of either a base pay or commission.
Do note, this training phase lasts two weeks, and payment depends on skill demonstration and completion. Post this, the payment switches to a 100% commission and bonus structure from the 3rd week.
Probationary Period : The initial two weeks serve as a probation period. We expect punctuality and mastery of the basics, including our system and pitch.
Any deviation might impact your training pay.
Work Timings : 12 Noon to 8 p.m.
