Responsibilities

Gain a full understanding of client requirements, and work with project delivery team to design technical solution.

Execution of ServiceNow development and configuration activities required for successful implementation of CMDB & Service Mapping solutions consistent with ServiceNow best practices

Act as technical point of reference and coach for developers within the project team, and ensure proper communication with project manager and client.

Qualifications

You are interested in a permanent opportunity or a contract opportunity with the following skill set :

Minimum years of experience

3 years' experience as ServiceNow of development on the ServiceNow platform ((with considerable CMDB & Service Mapping implementation experience)

Required certifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) (ideal, not mandatory)

ServiceNow CIS - Service Mapping (ideal, not mandatory)

ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Fundamentals training (ideal, not mandatory)

LOCATION : REMOTE

LANGUAGE : FRENCH / Bilingual French or English
