Customer Service Representative / CSR

T.K. Graphics, a Surrey-based print house, is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (CSR) that have an aptitude for learning and is interested in working and growing within the printing industry.

Role & Responsibilities :
- The Customer Service Representative will work together with the sales, pre-press & production team to serve our customers by understanding their expectations and then communicating and coordinating to achieve the desired outcome.
- The CSR will primarily be responsible for achieving customer satisfaction by efficiently managing : response to requests for pricing, job entry, implementing change orders, recording alterations, monitoring production and due dates, communicating with mid-management and preparing jobs for billing.
CSR will be the primary point of contact for the work they manage.
Requirements :
- Excellent communication skills, comfortably and professionally interacting directly with customers and co-workers.
- Outstanding project management and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail, while managing multiple tasks.
- Work successfully in both a team environment and individually, with considerable self-direction.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Able to exceptionally manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Having a solid knowledge of computers, e-mail, MS Office, and Excel.
- Professional telephone mannerism is a must.
- Fluent in English (both verbal & written).
