We are looking for :
Electrician sub contractors to partner with us in order to complete the electrical work required for our many different turn over projects.
Experience working in the fast- paced environment of rental unit renovations is an asset.
Types of work include but are not limited to :
- Electrical Panel Retrofits
- Running lines for GFI's, range hoods, stove outlets, light fixtures etc.
- Installation of light fixtures, switches and outlets
- ESA inspections
- Fixture relocations
A successful candidate must have :
- 2-5 years experience in electrical work in high-rise rental apartment buildings (Preferred)
- A reliable vehicle
- Their own tools kept in optimal condition
- WSIB coverage
All work is within the GTA
