They operate across the US and Canada and have wonBest Company To Work For 5 years in a row. They are expanding theirbrand and looking for a strategic leader to own the fullP&L implement and execute growth initiatives and lead anincredible team.
- Responsible for theoverall strategy and success of thebrand
- Reporting directlyinto the President
- Developing andexecuting strategic initiatives to drive growth profitability andoperationalexcellence
- Drive robustmarketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
- Ensure individualdevelopment plans effective 1 : 1s clarity of roles and alignment ofgoals
- Develop and implementstrategic plans to achieve growth objectives and enhanceperformance
- Identify marketopportunities industry trends and competitive threats for strategicdecisionmaking
- Lead franchisedevelopment efforts and marketanalysis
- Map a success modelthat defines winning for FranchisePartners
- Build systems toscale business; including the tools processes and coaching
- 40% travel conductregular site visits and operational reviews to ensure compliancewith brand standards policies andprocedures
- Drive processimprovement best and better practices adoption of systemscontinuous improvement and measurement of brand promise andcustomerexpectations
- Provide leadershipinto annual and multi year planning cycle including but not limitedto revenue goals customer metrics market penetration strategicinvestment testing andinnovation
- Leveragetechnology and data to drive system improvements
- Oversee financialplanning budgeting and forecasting for thebusiness
- Analyze financialreports and performance data to identify areas for improvement andprofitability
- Foster a culture ofcollaboration innovation and continuous improvement within thefranchise operationsdepartment

- Have led managementemployees and been responsible for mentorship development andperformance
- Experience in a rapid growthbusiness building processes that allowscale
- Ability to lead engage influenceand drive performance with key stakeholders to ensure allrequirements areachieved
- Excellent strategicplanning and analytical abilities with an understanding of markettrends
- Exceptionalcommunication and negotiation skills with the ability to buildrapport and influence stakeholders at alllevels
- Knowledge offranchising laws regulations and best practices aplus
- Ability to travel asneeded
- Comfort with technologyleveraging data to drive decisionmaking with a growthmindset
