We are seeking Dayforce WFM Implementation Consultants to join our team!
Responsibilities :
- Implementation and guidance on the overall use of Dayforce WFM modules
- Collect, document & validate client functional requirements, mapping to platform functionality
- Train client staff for them to capably perform day-to-day activities
- Manage multiple client / project engagements simultaneously
- Defines data import strategy and is responsible for data imports
- Completes assigned tasks - such as data preparations (cleansing, mapping etc.)
- Work seamlessly with project team and leadership and reports to the NOLA project team on assigned project tasks, issues, risks, and escalations
- Provides feedback for any cross-sell / upsell opportunities
- Discuss needs, gaps, goals, and accomplishments to team and management
- Adopt a systemic approach to optimize problem-solving strategies
Requirements :
- 4+ years experience with Ceridian Dayforce
- 5+ years experience with HCM Implementation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
