The Supply Chain Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the supply chain team by managing inventory, processing orders, and ensuring smooth logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities :
- Inventory Management : Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and availability of stock.
- Order Processing : Process purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices accurately and promptly.
- Vendor Coordination : Communicate with suppliers and vendors to confirm orders, track shipments, and resolve any issues.
- Logistics Support : Assist in coordinating transportation and logistics activities to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Data Entry : Maintain and update supply chain databases and systems with accurate information.
- Reporting : Prepare and generate regular reports on inventory, order status, and supply chain metrics.
- Documentation : Ensure all supply chain documentation is accurate, complete, and properly filed.
- Support Activities : Assist with various administrative tasks and support the supply chain team as needed.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a supply chain, logistics, or inventory management role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and supply chain management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
