We are currently looking for a Talent AcquisitionSpecialist for one of our clients in the insuranceindustry.
Whatis in it foryou :
Hourly salary of $35 to $40 based onexperience.
6month contract withthe potential for extension.
Fulltime position : 37.50 hours perweek.
Work schedule from 9 am to5 pm.
Hybrid work : 3 office daysfrom Tuesday to Thursday.

Responsibilities :
Partner with management to proactively source talent in criticalskill areas building a talent pipeline for our investmentportfolio.
Develop and implementstrategic sourcing plans to attract top talent targeting bothpassive and active candidates.
Coach managers on the recruitment process including interviewtechniques and selectioncriteria.
Stay abreast ofrecruitment trends in the insurance industry by maintaining andenhancing a network of contacts and participating in industryevents and professionalassociations.
Promote ourservices internally to employees and managers highlighting ourvalue and expertise.
Oversee thecandidate selection process and provide managers with the necessarytools to identify and choose the most qualifiedcandidates.
Manage or participatein special projects asrequired.
Whatyou will need tosucceed :
35 years of recruiting experience within the insurance or financialindustry preferred.
Demonstratedpassion for recruitment and solid experience in thefield.
Previous experience usingWorkday is required.
Experiencewith Workday highly preferred.
Proficient in using alternative sourcing methods including socialmedia and networking tools.
Demonstrated success in taking a consultative approach withinternal and external clients to provide businesssolutions.
Excellentcommunication skills.
Organizedand detailoriented with a proactiveapproach.
Ability to navigateenvironments with multiple and shifting priorities withease.
Innovative thinker with aknack for developing creative recruitmentstrategies.
Good understanding ofthe corporate landscape.
Effective team player.
Strongsourcing skills are essential.
Bilingualism in English and French is considered anasset.
