Required Skills :

• Expertise testing ServiceNow modules (ITSM, APM) testing experience Data Migration testing
• Experienced in different development methodologies like Waterfall Mode, and Agile development.
• Expertise in preparing Test Plans, developing, reviewing, and executing Test Cases based on Functional Requirements, Business Requirements and Use Cases Documents.
• Adept in identifying Test Scenario
• s and Writing Test Cases by applying Test Case Design Techniques
• Extensively worked on various Testing types such as Integration, System, Functional, Regression, Sanity, Smoke, User-interface (GUI), Data base and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Performance Testing
• Proven ability to work efficiently in both independent and team environments.
• Experience in requirement review meetings, analyzing requirements, User Stories (Agile), Developing test plan and test cases, Requirement Traceability Matrix, Defect management, Reporting and tracking.
• Good analytical and communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision and perform as part of a team.
• ITSM / ITOM Modules (Incident / Problem / Change & release / Request Management, Portal),
• Methodologies : Agile / Waterfall (Scrum), ITIL processes, SDLC, STLC
• Languages : Java, HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, SQL
• Testing Tools : Selenium, HP Quality Center / ALM / Test Director
• Defect Tracking Tools : JIRA.
